Cal Grant GPA Verification
Placentia Yorba Linda School District now submits all senior GPA's online for the Cal Grant, unless you turned in the "Cal Grant Opt Out" form that was in your parent portal.
If you opted out and now want to submit a GPA Verification Form, you must complete the online form and bring it in to the counseling office for verification. It's your responsibility to pick-up the form and mail.
**NOTE: IMPORTANT- Check with Cal Grant for postmark deadlines as they change each year.
