Monitor Expectations
Studio Monitor Expectations -
In person expectations only
You will be responsible for completing Clean-Up Duties for a grade 1st semester and 2nd semester. It is critical that you rotate with your table mates to finish by the due date. This is a required task and is worth 10 pts. per day = 220pts. for each semester.
TABLE MONITOR:
Making sure all students clean their work area thoroughly
Making sure all supplies are returned to their proper holders
Making sure you have filled water pitcher for your table
Making sure you have emptied water pitcher for your table
Making sure you have emptied pencil shavings
Making sure you have wiped down center block
Making sure all paint rags are returned to the laundry basket
Making sure you have stocked supplies for studio tasks
Making sure you have paper towels
Making sure you have Windex
Making sure brushes in rack are cleaned and returned
NOTE: You will have me sign your monitor card at the end of the period after I have checked your table. You will begin monitoring your table clean up at the “clean up bell” NOT before.
RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS- Extra Credit
You can complete random acts of kindness in the studio by giving a little extra time to help clean, organize, and make our environment a GREAT place to be. Each act of kindness is worth 10pts. with a maximum possible of 100pts. per semester. These tasks will NOT replace your table monitor clean-up duties.
NOTE: You will have me sign your monitor card when you have completed a task. These tasks should be at least 25-30 minutes in length.
