Enrollment Information for Non-PYLUSD Students for the 2020-2021 School Year

  Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all PYLUSD schools and offices are closed for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.
 
New Student Enrollment for the 2020-21 School Year
For Non-PYLUSD Students, Private School Students, MBA and CHOICE Transfer Students NOT currently enrolled in a PYLUSD School. If your student is not currently enrolled in any PYLUSD school, please follow the following steps below to complete enrollment.

Step 1: 
 
Complete online enrollment at:  https://enroll.pylusd.org/air/ 
Print out completed online enrollment paperwork and sign and date where required.  
 
Step 2: 
 
Collect all necessary documents listed below and email copies in the order listed to the YLHS Counseling Clerk, Jacquelyn Roberts, at  jroberts@pylusd.org
  1. AERIES signed online enrollment paperwork (step1)
  2. Residency Verification Form and Residency Verification Affidavit (3 pages see below)
  3. Current utility bill, electric, water or gas showing mailing and service address, Lease/Rental Agreement, or Escrow Papers showing the closing date. 
  4. Current Drivers License or Passport with photo ID
  5. Students Birth Certificate or Passport
  6. Students current up to date Immunization Record
  7. Medical History completed and signed
  8. Copy of one of the following: Unofficial transcript from the previous school (current 8-11 graders)   OR   Most recent report card (current 8th grade only)   
  9. IEP or 504 if applicable   
  10. Consent to Release Records (see below)
  11. Course Selection Request Card (see below) for correct grade level, completed and signed by parent/guardian 
Step 3:
 
Once you have all the above listed documents gathered, email all required documents together in the order shown above  (do not send separately) to jroberts@pylusd.org     
 
Step 4:
 
Once steps 1, 2 and 3 have been accomplished, Mrs. Roberts will let you know that everything is complete and she will make arrangements for your student's counselor to contact you.

Enrollment cannot be started until online enrollment is completed and all documents listed above are received along with the copies of the online enrollment paperwork. All documents MUST be sent at the same time in the order listed above.  Please do not send the documents one by one and do not send additional paperwork that is not required above.
