Every Thursday throughout the year, we will have silent sustained reading. The book that we have chosen is The Greatest Generation by Tom Brokaw. All students are HEAVILY encouraged to have this book. However, an alternative book, approved by me, will suffice.

Our first quiz! Based on two worksheets that were handed out week one with the inclusion of notes covering Greece. Democracy's beginning, ideas of it, some folks. In addition, some mild geography will also be included. Be prepared to understand Latitude/Longitude!
