Students who would like to attend summer school during the summer of 2024, must complete the New Student Enrollment by April 26, 2024.

Summer School DocuSign

Parents, please make sure that the email that is on file on Aeries is correct.

OCDE will be emailing summer school information and the DocuSign to only the emails that are on Aeries. The DocuSign document will be emailed to student's PYLUSD email. Parents will receive their DocuSign to the email that is on file on Aeries. Both the parent and student DocuSign must be signed and completed in order to be registered for summer school. DocuSign's must be signed by May 10, 2024 in order to attend summer school.

ATTENTION PYLUSD FAMILIES AND STUDENTS: If your student is referred by their PYLUSD counselor to the Orange County Department of Education’s (OCDE) Summer School program for PCHS or ACCESS, from July 1 to August 7, you will receive an email from DocuSign to review, approve, or disapprove the referral. For security purposes, a 4-digit access code will be required to access the form.
