Do the pre-lab for “Kinetics of Crystal Violet Fading” Lab. Copy down the procedure for the “Laboratory Technique” section, #1-5. You may photocopy and paste the “Pre-lab Questions” in your notebook, but everything else must be hand written.

For Laboratory Technique #4 (measure and record to absorbance), copy the following “Mock Data” table into your notebook.

 

Use the mock data to complete #5 (prepare a Beer’s law calibration curve for crystal violet). The calibration curve should have the axes titled and should be glued into your notebooks.

 

Then, copy down the Guided Inquiry Design and Procedure for part A only (we will answer these questions when you get back from break- just copy the questions down).
