Advanced & AP Ceramics (Period 1)

This ceramic class is designed to build on skills and techniques learned in the beginning ceramics course. In addition students will have an opportunity to develop their artistic voice through their projects. Classroom instruction includes lessons in a variety of hand building and potter's wheel techniques, the application of the elements and principles of art in both construction and appreciation of artwork, and historical references as they apply to assignments given in class.
