Course Description

Welcome to the ROP Introduction to Culinary Arts class. This class is a prerequisite for the Culinary Arts and Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management classes. Students will learn how to prepare a variety of foods and how to handle kitchen equipment utilized in the food service industry. Also included are safety, sanitation, nutrition, food presentation and employability skills.
