Photography (Period 5)

 This hands-on course teaches both artistic and technical skills with a strong emphasis on learning how to create dynamic photographic compositions using the elements of art and principles of design.  Students learn to manipulate and enhance images using Photoshop in our iMac photo lab.  They learn the use of a variety of equipment such as DSLR cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting gear.  Students also learn to use 35mm film cameras and process film and enlargements in our fully equipped darkroom.
