IT IS OFFICIAL – 2012 API – 894! – The Local Educational Agency (LEA) list of Schools 2012 Growth Academic Performance Index Report was posted online on October 11th. (see attached)
Congratulations to ALL OF YOU for preparing our students for the State Standards Exam. We are 31 points higher than other high schools in our district and we met growth targets for all student groups. My hope now is that this is our year to apply for the California Distinguished High School recognition. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!
The Great California “Shake Out - is scheduled from Thursday, October 18 at 10:18 a.m. We will practice our earthquake drill at the beginning of 3rd period. Students will finish break and report to 3rd period as usual instead of announcements, we will have an earthquake drill – duck and cover and evacuate the rooms to our assigned areas. As soon as everyone has reported to their evacuation area, we will send the classes back to their rooms for 3rd period class.
