Von Sprecken, who has committed to San Diego, made the all-tournament team at the Carew Classic, was the MVP of the Brea Tournament and was the Empire League MVP. She tossed 11 shutouts, including three no-hitters. She was 24-4 with a 0.96 ERA and 220 strikeouts in 168 innings to help Yorba Linda reach the CIF-SS Division 1 semifinals, where it lost to eventual champion Corona of Santiago. She also hit .316 with 10 doubles, three homers and 23 RBI.
