Principal's Weekly Update #210

Did you Hear? - The Orange County Constitutional Rights Foundation, “Mock Trial”, will present Darshan Patel with an individual award on February 5th at the 35th Annual Orange County Mock Trial luncheon. Darshan is one of several Mock Trial team members from across Orange County who will receive special recognition for their participation in the 2015-16 Mock Trial Competitions. Congratulations Darshan and teacher/advisors, Lisa Tully and Noelle Toxqui.

Mustang Band and Guard represented our school and PYLUSD at the Disney Star Wars Marathon last Sunday. Our students had a 4:00 a.m. “call time” to play along the route of thousands of runners. The YLHS band and guard have performed at many of the Disney sponsored marathons over the past several years. A Big Thank You to Band Director, Bincins Garcia and all of his students.
