Principal's Weekly Update #222

Congratulations and Thank You for a Terrific Back to School Night - last Wednesday. Over 1030 parents visited your classes and many rooms had “standing room” only. Comments from the parents, along with many-many “thank you’s” included:
 Positive – Energetic
 Well Planned Event
 Lots of Energy
 Sensational Staff

 Love this School’
 Passionate Teachers
 Quality Instruction
 “A+”
 Enjoyed their Sense of Humor
Our parents deeply appreciate the time and dedication of our teachers and staff. They enjoy interacting with the student helpers to find their classrooms and walk away with the feeling; “This is a great school!” A quote from one of the many parents’ evaluations; “Just when I thought I knew how great YLHS is and that there wasn’t anything I could learn. . . WRONG! After two older sons who have graduated from YLHS, we are so glad to be back. Soooooo impressed with the instructors – Nunez, Shay, Farrell, Messick and Chavez – WOW! Our family was here when the doors opened and we’re glad to return to the same enthusiasm, school pride from faculty and quality parent-teacher communication and partnership. Go Mustangs!!”

THANK YOU – one and all for another great start to our school year!

More Great News for YLHS – We just received the 2016 College Board Senior Profile Report for YLHS. SAT results for
our graduating Class of 2016 are:
