Spring Physical Night

 

 

Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at YLHS gym from 

 4:00pm – 8:00pm (doors close at 7:00pm) 

Cost $40.00 cash or check (checks payable to YLHS)

All students participating in athletics, band or dance co. must have a  current original  physical  on file with Yorba Linda High School. 

 All students must fill out the YLHS on line  clearance paperwork in Home Campus for the  2026-27 school year before summer camp begins.  If  your student plans on participating in summer  camp they must also fill out the summer camp  registration form. 

 

A permission slip is REQUIRED for entry (see below). Students 14 and under must have a parent/guardian present.
