I wanted to share with you a special moment that happened yesterday at the freshman football game. Pat Wren, Colin Domene, and Brian Fortenbaugh helped orchestrate a reunion of two brother's. Thursday afternoon, right before kickoff of the freshmen football game vs. Canyon, Pat Wren called out his captains. This every game occurrence does not usually take more than 30 seconds, but when Coach Wren called Edward Arciniega and his brother ( Army Specialist Matthew Carter) as a captain, the moment became quite special. Unbeknownst to Arciniega, his brother who had just flown home after spending ten months fighting in Mosul, Iraq, was right behind him. After a look of confusion, Arciniega turned around, saw his brother and the two embraced. Click to see the video on our Facebook page. --Mr. Kemp
