Second Chance Letter Grade Request

Please click "Read Full Story" to notify PYLUSD you want a letter grade (A-D) instead of a "Credit" mark on your official transcript for 2nd Semester 2020. You may choose this option for each class in which you are enrolled. Classes that are not selected for a letter grade (A-D) will be reported as "Credit".

Diploma Distribution Live Stream and Virtual Graduation Ceremony

Hello Mustang families. Tomorrow June 10th, we will have two important events for Seniors that will be broadcast on YouTube. First, at 9:00am, will be our Drive-up presentation of diplomas. We will start live streaming at 9:00am and conclude at 4:00pm. Then, at 6:00pm, we will premier our Virtual Graduation Ceremony video. Yearbook Distribution Next Week

We are thrilled to announce that yearbooks have finally arrived at YLHS! Our Yearbook teacher, Sarah Shay, has gone above and beyond to quickly organize yearbook distribution for next week. Yearbooks will be distributed from 8:00am to 1:00pm on Monday June 8th (Seniors), Tuesday June 9th (Juniors), Thursday June 11 (Sophomores), and Friday June 12th (Freshmen) in the Senior Parking Lot. Please enter by the YLHS sign on Bastanchury Road in front of the school.
Students *MUST* have their student ID card to get their yearbook. We would also greatly appreciate it if you could have a sheet of paper with the student's name PRINTED LARGE on the driver side dash of your car. Social distancing will be enforced, please stay in your car at all times. Go Mustangs!

Our 2020 Senior Awards video has been updated! We have upped the quality from 720p HD to 1080p HD. We have also fixed four errors regarding the Senior Profiles. Jordan Bruce - one scholarship was missing from her profile. Ezekial Hannegan - no profile was created for him. He was added on the scholarships page. Joanna Jones - no profile was created for her. She was added with a scholarship. Omair Memon - scholarships were missing from his profile. They have been added to his existing profile. A Message From Coach Stine To His Senior Players

Mustang Baseball Family. We have found ourselves in unusual times. I have coached for over 40 years and I cannot remember that I have been involved in anything quite like the situation we all are in at this time. I am saddened that our season has come to an abrupt end. Our boys have worked so hard to prepare for this season and we have only had time to test the shallow waters. PTSA Cancels AMAA Scheduled For April 27th

We have decided to cancel our Academic Mustang Achievement Awards Night, (AMAA), which was scheduled for Monday April 27th. We are extremely saddened as this is one of the best nights of the school year for our YLHS PTSA. There is nothing greater than celebrating the hard work that our students have put in. Every student will still be receiving whatever award they were going to, prior to the quarantine. We will be sure to inform you when and how we will get the awards to your student when we have more information. Thank you to all those who donated. Christmas Cheer from YLHS

The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear! For the past week, students in Room 326 have been practicing their singing, strumming, and rhythm keeping to perform a rendition of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" for YLHS staff.
