The packet for the 2024-2025 school year can be found below.
The deadline to return the 2024-2025 packet is August 16, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE AND TIME.
This program applies to students in grades 9-12 who have demonstrated a level of expertise that places the student on at least a national or Olympic track within the last 12 months. All students applying must compete at a national level.

Note: It is the responsibility of the student to turn in his/her Activity Log & Performance Evaluation forms (Exhibit D & E) to Mrs. Roberts in Student Services, 5 days before the end of each semester. Retain these forms for the grading periods.
